The CTS5000 series is an integrated automotive-grade DC-AC inverter that converts vehicle battery DC into clean 110V/220VAC. With full isolation, anti-vibration design, and bottom cooling for IP67 sealing, it powers onboard AC appliances in trucks, RVs, construction equipment, and marine vessels.
The CTS5000 takes DC power directly from the vehicle battery pack and produces a pure sine-wave AC output suitable for sensitive onboard electronics, power tools, kitchen appliances, and marine AC loads. A full isolation barrier separates the DC input from the AC output, protecting both the vehicle low-voltage system and connected equipment.
Built with full-digital soft-switching control, the module maintains high efficiency and low THD across the load curve. The automotive-grade mechanical design withstands continuous vibration, dust, and moisture, while bottom cooling enables a sealed IP67 assembly for under-chassis or battery-box mounting.
The unit supports single-phase output by default and can be paralleled for three-phase or higher-power configurations. Bootloader-based firmware updates and backend debugging let OEMs tune output voltage, frequency, and protection thresholds per vehicle program.
